摘  要：天然产物有效成分分离及结构鉴定是非常重要和活跃的研究领域，从中可以发现和利用其重要的生物活性组分，是目前新药物研发的关键。在该领域中，新分析

技术的研究和应用一直是人们关注和研究的热点。通过对天然产物中有效成分分离、鉴定方面的文献资料的汇总，介绍了近几年来天然产物中生物碱、黄酮类、萜类、

皂苷类、酚酸类、香豆素类有效成分的分离、纯化及结构鉴定新方法。

Abstract: The research field of isolation and identification of natural products is very important and active. To find and avail of bioactive 

components in natural drugs is the key to study new medicines. In this field, it is the hotspot that the research and application of new 

analytical technology. The review was presented to introduce some new methods of isolation, purificat
on and structure identification of bioactive components in natural products, which includes alkaloids, flavones, terpenes, saponins, phenolic

 acids, coumarins.
